Unique photograms made through open-ended darkroom experimentation, exposing light-sensitive paper directly to light filtered through semitransparent materials such as punctured plastic sheets or strips of cardboard. Recognizable fragments -- daily glimpses of plants, objects, and places -- surface among fields of pure exposed color, pictures built entirely through the darkroom rather than a camera.
