Void
Void is an independent photobook publisher and educational organisation in the heart of Athens, started in 2016 by Myrto Steirou and João Linneu. It describes itself as an art-house publisher that self-funds its books and pays artists fairly, and its list puts the debut books of photographers at the start of their careers beside established names. The books are sold in its Athens shop, online and in selected bookshops, and it has a second base in Reykjavík, at Hafnar.Haus, by appointment. Void also teaches: its Impromptu workshops, held at unpredictable times, share its vision of the photobook with emerging talent.
