Nobody books
Nobody Books is the publishing imprint of the photographer Stephen Gill, set up in 2005 so that he could exercise maximum control over the publication of his own books. The stated aim is to make the book the finished expression of the photographs rather than just a shell in which to house them, and the production reflects that: hand processes such as lino-cut printing, letterpress, mono prints, spray paint and rubber stamps, with some books assembled by hand in his studio. Most titles are small editions, and the imprint also sells signed copies and prints.
