Angry Bat
The Angry Bat is a publishing trademark of the Slovene photographer Matej Sitar, based in Maribor, Slovenia, with the stated aim of making limited-edition photobooks widely available. Its editions are small, typically 300 to 750 copies, with occasional special editions at higher prices, and it co-organises the Maribor Photobook Award, now in its fifth edition, with a European cultural association. Sitar also used to feature a photobook from his own collection each week on the site.
