Łukasz Rusznica addresses a deceptive sense of continuity — the belief that, like the world, we will last for ever. His deeply personal perspective (experience, ego, desire, relationships, memory and art) builds an event horizon, a private empire; and although the author does not yet accept it, he knows it will one day disappear. In the pictures plants and people seem frozen on the border between night and dawn, in a liminal state.
