Black-and-white pictures recovered from the photographer's flooded storage unit. The decay and deterioration visible in the images, with their oxidation and cigarette holes, give them a poetic strangeness that sets them apart from conventional fashion work; among them are pictures of Kate Moss. Among the blotched and scratched frames are a man in a suit gesturing in a city street beneath barbed wire, a woman lying across a motel bed in a shiny coat and heels beneath wallpaper of horse-drawn carriages, and a woman's torso in a tiled room. Luchford reflects that fashion is totally industrialised and that he is trying to entertain himself as part of the mechanism: clearly the job is to sell clothes, yet sometimes the images transcend the medium.
