Matteo de Mayda photographs the apartment buildings in Treviso where his mother Serenella — a cleaner who worked off the books — spent her career. After her death in March 2023 following eighteen years of illness, he visits each site through building managers and family contacts, reconstructing a portrait of invisible labour and enduring positivity.
