Sofia Masini (b. 1991, Madrid, based Milan; MA Photography, IUAV Venice) cuts, xeroxes, crumples and recombines photographs of her body and landscape into assembled objects. Body and landscape are performed, scarred and reconstructed in an ongoing morphing process. Referencing Surrealist and Dada photography of the 1920s and body-land art of the 1970s. Text by Elisa Medde. Supported by Collezione Donata Pizzi.
