Deep waters

In the land of the Poppy, there were meetings, generous people

and wonderful; the tender green of spring, the water and the marshes.

I encountered the strangeness of the material, the sensuality of the forms

and the emergence of bodies. This haptic vision – relating to

touching more than sight, allowed me to show life

between shadow and light, destruction and renewal. The

deep waters are to be seen as a rural tale, pointing out the

fragility of existence and a certain fascination for things

of the living.
