Why do certain images from far away keep haunting us? What do they tell us about our childhood, and how can they also shed light on our present life? In this new narrative, the writer and photographer Amaury da Cunha continues his subjective exploration of images: a mysterious voice questions the narrator about where these pictures come from and searches, haphazardly, for the beginnings of an answer, weaving photographs, memories, half-remembered film stills and fantasy into a single, uncertain account.
