A24 Zine Issue 20

Issue 20 of the A24 zine series, published in honor of Brendan Fraser following his Academy Award-winning performance in Darren Aronofsky's The Whale (A24, 2022). Styled after the teen fan magazines of Fraser's 1990s rise to fame, the zine celebrates the 'Brenaissance' with an introduction by Aronofsky, stills from George of the Jungle and The Mummy films, fan art and quotes from Fraser himself.

ABOUT

SpineIndex is an archive of independent books on photography and visual culture: photobooks, publications, design books and self-published editions — the kind of work that rarely makes it into bookshop windows or mainstream catalogues. It exists to document, connect, and keep visible a world of publishers, artists, and makers who operate outside conventional distribution. A living reference for anyone who takes this territory seriously — collectors, researchers, students, and the simply curious.
