"Record is the great work and the thread of my life as a photographer." Created by Daido Moriyama in 1972, the magazine Record is for him a space halfway between a private diary and a field journal: three or four times a year he publishes a selection of the pictures he takes every day. This volume compiles issues 31 to 50, with images made between 2016 and 2021, in which the most radical of Japanese photographers takes a rather contemplative view while the eye keeps its wild acuity.
