Working from his own collection of Parkett, the art magazine published between 1984 and 2017, Tiane Doan na Champassak isolates a large number of double spreads carrying gallery advertisements, all from the magazine's first five years. Coherent in style and form, those pages are works in their own right and reflect the supremacy of text over image in the conceptual production of the period.
