In 2022 it was one hundred years since the birth in Valls, Tarragona, of Francesc Català-Roca, one of the reference points of Spanish photography. The book celebrating his anniversary brings together around 150 images, some of them unpublished alongside other iconic ones, specially selected for this publication. A journey through the history of this photographer who portrayed the protagonists of the bohemian and cultural life of his time in an immense work of documentation of urban and rural life, while capturing like no one else the social, political and cultural surroundings of his era.
