Screening is a crossover project by Sigrid Calon and Willem van Zoetendaal, who exchange their skills in design and printing to produce limited-edition artist books about the relationship between patterns and portraits, printed in risography on offset. The first series of experiments consists of studio portraits from the early eighties by Lee To Sang, negatives selected from the Van Zoetendaal archives and printed in offset, over which Sigrid Calon designed layers of colour patterns in risographic printing. The artist books were launched at Offprint London at Tate Modern in 2015.
